I earned a BA in Geology (Four Years) in 2008 at Kent State University, Kent, Ohio with a 3.4 GPA. I worked in Grad School for University of Massachusetts-Amherst, specializing in Tectonics and Hydrogeology.
Experience
I am a new tutor, although I did work as a Grad-level Teaching Assistant at University of Massachusetts-Amherst. I took the SAT before the writing portion was added and scored a 1450 out of 1600 possible, including a 800 in Math. I enjoy teaching and I miss it from grad school. It would also fit my flexible schedule. I've taken various math classes in high school, undergrad and grad school, from Trigonometry to Calculus up to Linear Algebra. I've also taken Chemistry, Biology and Physics courses, as well as Engineering, and would be comfortable tutoring in those fields as well.
