Experience
I am currently attending the University of Arizona Honors College where I plan to acquire my degree in computer science. I have plenty of leadership experience. While in high school, I was the head programmer for the school's robotics team. I also was the captain for my school's swim team. As a swim team captain, I led my swim team right to state championships. I am well-versed in music. I currently play a number of instruments and have been a key player in a number of different musical groups. I have approximately five years of teaching the sport of swimming and about four years of tutoring experience. As for my tutoring style, I believe that patience is key. I prefer my students focus on fully comprehending concepts instead of simply having them memorize material. I have to admit that I love math and computer science. However, I also have an affection for social sciences. I am currently offering my tutoring services in the Tucson, Arizona area. I offer the following subjects: calculus, elementary math, middle school math, pre-calc, trig, algebra, arithmetic, computer science, human geography, government and politics, social studies, music theory, and SAT prep. When I am not tutoring, I can be found experimenting with robots and playing athletic sports.
