I'm a rising junior studying Biomedical Engineering at Duke University with a 3.4 GPA. I am on track to graduate in May 2017. I grew up on Long Island and attended Paul D. Schreiber High School. I graduated high school with a 4.0.
Experience
I tutored elementary, middle, and high school students in all subjects while I was in high school, and would like to do so again. I love tutoring because it provides the opportunity for me to share my passion for learning and education with younger students. At Duke I've taken mostly science and engineering courses, which build upon knowledge that I learned in high school. I graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA, and while I prefer to tutor math and science, I am definitely qualified to tutor any subject that your child might be struggling with. I've always been an avid reader; I read everything, but my favorite genre is science fiction. My favorite book is probably The Mistress of the Art of Death by Arianna Franklin, but I also really love the Harry Potter books. I draw and paint when I have free time, and I'm a huge love animal lover!
