I am a tutor in Lafayette, California. I am a 2012 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where I earned an International Relations and Mechanical Engineering degree. My tutoring experience started while I was in college when I taught other students engineering, statistics, and calculus.Since graduating from college, I have been teaching high school math. I teach geometry and algebra to sophomores and freshmen.Math is my favorite subject. I enjoy being able to help students come to love, appreciate, and understand math. I tutor students in arithmetic, middle school math, algebra, precalculus, calculus, geometry, multivariable calculus, trigonometry, English, college essays, essay editing, grammar and mechanics, and writing.In my spare time, I enjoy reading and baking.
