Experience

I have a regimen for preparing for the SAT and AP tests that I believe is extremely effective. These tests are not about gimmicks and tricks; they are about hard work, critical thinking, and effective preparation. Succeeding on these exams is one of many factors that influence college admissions results. I also offer consultations on how to put your best foot forward in the college admissions process. I am extremely passionate about Mathematics in particular, and I love to teach math. Eventually, I hope to be a Math professor. However, I also enjoy a plethora of other subjects. During High School, I helped several of my peers prepare for the SAT. I tutored between 5-10 hours a week for my friends. I helped one friend raise her math score 110 points. I also raised my own score in critical reading 70 points. I can also offer tutoring for the GRE. I know the test extremely well, as I just finished taking it. You can see my scores below. Some of my accomplishments include the following: Duke University B.N. Duke Scholarship recipient (A full merit scholarship valued at $250,000). Jefferson Scholarship Recipient.
