I received a 32 on my ACT. I scored equally high on my GRE. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in Biology and have taken nearly every science, math and physics course available. I have 8+ years of lab experience as well as 3 years of PhD level studies in Medical Genetics and Neuroscience. During my undergraduate studies, I had several friends who knew I was a science major and came to me with questions about their own science classes, and I really enjoyed helping them. I also was a teaching assistant (TA) for 3 semesters during my MS studies, in which I taught 3 sections of an introductory biology course, created, administered and graded quizzes and exams, and oversaw in-class experiments and lab reports. I took an introductory teaching course. I have about eight years experience of private tutoring in various, mostly science, subject. I am highly experienced in all areas of ACT tutoring, including test taking skills and anxiety-reduction tactics.
