Hello! I tutor chemistry for all age groups. I can tutor students who are in high school struggling with chemistry. College students taking an introductory chemistry course, or specializing in chemistry for your major in college. I am currently a Doctor of Pharmacy Student at Campbell University. I enjoy helping students learn about science and math. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from UNC Charlotte with a minor in public health. I have a wide range of teaching experiences: I was a learning coach at UNC Charlotte, I was hired by the chemistry department and helped students maximize their learning experience in general chemistry (CHEM 1251). Many students struggle with chemistry. It is a difficult subject because it is very hard to teach. My teaching style helps students understand chemistry in a simple form so they can use that to base their foundation of knowledge. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Students are charged for 1 hour at their regular rate for each session missed with less than 24 hours notice. If a student/parent cancels a session within 1 hour of the appointment, or if there is a no-show, then there will be a charge for 1 hour for the 1st instance and for 1 hour each subsequent occurrence.
