ExperienceI love numbers and I want you to as well! I enjoy helping students reach their goals. I grew up in Winter Springs, Florida and graduated as valedictorian from Winter Springs High School in 2011. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Nonprofit Administration with a music minor, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Stetson University in Deland, FL. During college, I worked as a tutor for the mathematics department in probability, finite math, calculus, and statistics. I independently tutored junior high and high school age students in precalculus, algebra I and II, and geometry. Currently, I am attending Duke University pursuing my master's in public policy, through which I study quantitative analysis inside policy decisions. I will focus on international development and social policy. Beyond my academic interests, I love volunteering and supporting nonprofit organizations. I have spent extensive time in an office environment and building sites for Habitat for Humanity. I have been playing the tuba since 6th grade. My friends know me as goofy and friendly, as I always take the chance to mention random YouTube videos and revel in making other people laugh. I also enjoy spending time outdoors in the mountains, biking, and running.
