Experience

I have been an elementary teacher for the past 15 years. During that time I was a classroom teacher for grades 1-5, and a math intervention specialist for grades K - 5. 7 of those years were spent teaching at American Schools overseas in Venezuela, Netherlands, and Vietnam. Throughout my teaching career I have organized several reading workshops for students and families, I ran a Family Math Program, and have coached other teachers in the area of elementary math, as well as help develop curriculum.
