I have taught English in Tajikistan. I have tutored in Persian and Dari in the US. I have a vast knowledge of languages, Persian and Arab cultures, linguistics, and Asian and Middle Eastern cultures. I have also studied Islam and Buddhism extensively. I was awarded the 2013 State Department Critical Language Scholarship to study Persian Farsi and Tajik.
